Remedial Charges

Packaging and Labelling:
Items for re-mailing which fail to meet Royal Mail labelling and packaging requirements will be corrected and a surcharge applied for the work necessary. Packages for re-mailing which have been damaged in-transit to MailGhost are repaired before re-mailing but may be subject to a surcharge depending on the extent of damage.

Oversize/Overweight Re-mail Items:
In this situation, we do not reject packages. The oversize/overweight package is still processed and dispatched. This incurs a higher postage cost plus a small Surcharge for additional processing and handling costs.
