How it works
MailGhost charge a flat rate for the duration of the mailbox service selected, plus a small handling charge per item forwarded or re-mailed. Refer to Pricing page for full information.
Part of the initial charge is deposited into an account, from which all postage costs and handling charges are deducted. Customers may view their account balance securely online, or request by e-mail. Customers are informed by email if their account balance runs low. Customers may top-up, renew or cancel their account at any time via their Online Control Panel or by contacting MailGhost.
1. Receive Mail Anonymously
When MailGhost receive mail to a registered GhostBox ID, we notify the GhostBox owner by email or SMS, and process mail for dispatch. Notification alerts are set in the Control Panel (optional).
If mail arrives to a GhostBox ID with the prefix “GhostBox”, MailGhost open the outer packaging and send onwards pre-packaged and pre-addressed individual mail items.
1. Send Mail Anonymously
Send mail anonymously via your GhostBox – just include “GhostBox” in the address. When MailGhost receive mail addressed to “GhostBox 10″ for example, we notify the GhostBox owner by email or SMS, and process for dispatch.
Business Accounts Only – Warehousing & Consignments
Business Account Holders can send multiple items at a fraction of the cost by consolidating items and sending to their GhostBox.
MailGhost dispatch each item individually on the date(s) set by the client (excluding weekends & UK public holidays).
1. Send & Store Consignments
Business Accounts Only
Send and store consignments via your Business GhostBox – package and label individual items within a larger container, and include “GhostBox” in the address on the larger package. Select custom dispatch dates or on-demand forwarding, with a choice of postage options.
MailGhost accept mail items up to and including Royal Mail ‘medium parcel’ size.
